You Said Yes — The Journey Has Begun
Welcome, Priestess.
Your space is confirmed, and your initiation into this sacred container has already begun. This retreat is not something you simply attend—it is something you step into.
Every woman arriving has been called here in perfect synchronicity.
Take a breath.
You are exactly where you’re meant to be.

These are ways in how you may choose to serve the Temple. Or you may choose to simply arrive and fill your cup. If you are called to serve, please message us after signing up.
This retreat is not a living temple experience.
Each person supporting this journey is invited to move with intention, presence, reverence, and care as we co-create a sacred field together.
These roles are not about hierarchy.
They are about stewardship, devotion, and service to the container.
🌿 Land Keepers
The Land Keepers help prepare and care for the physical grounds of Mystic Hearts.
They support setup, cleanliness, sacred beauty, flow, nature care, breakdown, and ensuring the land itself feels nourished and honored throughout the weekend.
🕯️ Temple Keepers
Temple Keepers help maintain the energetic integrity of the retreat spaces.
They assist with transitions, emotional support, altar tending, atmosphere, lighting, sacred pacing, guest guidance, and helping the container feel held, safe, grounded, and welcoming.
🔥 Fire Keepers
The Fire Keepers tend the sacred fires with prayer, awareness, and responsibility.
They support fire safety, wood preparation, ceremony flow, and maintaining the energetic heart of the evening gatherings around the flames.
🍲 Kitchen Priestesses
The Kitchen Priestesses nourish the sisterhood through food, hydration, beauty, and loving attention to the communal kitchen spaces.
They help maintain flow, cleanliness, replenishment, and sacred nourishment throughout the retreat. They operate the outdoor dish station. (Every Priestess is asked to wash her own dishes.)
💧 Water Guardians
The Water Guardians tend the sacred waters of the retreat.
This includes hydration stations, Kangen Water support, tea stations, poolside care, ceremony preparation, and honoring water as a living prayer and source of life.
Together, we are not simply hosting a retreat.
We are tending a living prayer. 🌹
10th Year Tradition ✨
We have a beloved Sacred siSTAR tradition at our Inner Goddess Retreats… and this year marks our 10th Year! 🌹
This is an opportunity to create or bring a small meaningful gift for each woman attending the retreat to place into the communal goody bags.
We currently have 13 women attending, so please bring:
✨ 13 of the same item ✨
This can be:
• something handmade
• something from nature
• an oracle card message
• a crystal
• incense
• tea
• jewelry
• sacred herbs
• a written prayer or affirmation
• a small self-care item
• anything your heart feels called to share
This is NOT about spending a lot of money.
This is about:
thoughtfulness
intention
creativity
love
and sharing your medicine with the sisterhood.
The energy of this exchange is always incredibly special and emotional.
Honestly… it feels like a little Yogini Christmas morning. 🎁✨
Please place your offerings in the designated Sacred siSTAR Exchange area upon arrival so the team can prepare the bags with love.
Thank you for weaving your energy into this sacred tradition.
It is also Tradition to bring a gift for the Tribe Leaders and something for the land. If that feels like something that calls to you, your gifts are welcome, this is totally optional.
